Want to make chicken pie but no clue how to. looking for easy recipes.

Funny that, I made a chicken pie for my family last night! Depends what type of pastry you like, I make mine with shop bought puff pastry. My recipe is very basic, use cooked chicken of any variety and either make or buy a white sauce which you can add a little more flavour to with salt pepper and/or chicken stock cube. Mix the sauce and chicken together and pop into oven proof disk then top with rolled out puff pastry, my kids love it! There are many variations like adding vegetables, leaks, muchrooms etc, I would say that they too need to be cooked before adding them to the sauce. I hope this helps, good luck
