I have to make DDs B'day cake today as I am busy tomorrow. The Party is Saturday and was wondering if I can keep it that long just wrapped in cling film etc or should I freeze it and take it out tomorrow night when I will ice it?
I did a trial run last week and it was OK the following day but not so great the day after - I had it in a cake tin.
