my dad used to make this in his cafe. it was fab. don't know quantities but i remember he put rice krispies chopped mars and marg in a bowl and melted it all in micro. then choc on top. if no one else gets back to you will chase him up for more details...

Icarus's surefire winner for all fund raising events, kids parties etc.

Take 4 mars bars of normal size. Chop up into 1cm chunks, scissors are fabulous for this.

4oz of butter. Melt together, I use a large pan on a low heat, some use a bain de marie other melt in the micro. Use a large bowl/pan.

it will look disgusting. beat it together until it looks like a smooth toffee sauce.

tip in 4 oz of crispies and stir until they are covered. tip into a lined container, tray bake tin or similar and flatten. stck in fridge.

melt choc i use dairy milk tbh, about 1.5 big bars and spread on the top. Stick it back in the fridge until cool.

Lift out and slice it up and mmmmmmmm.
