Mmm. Sounds nice!

I still have Tommy's recipe for chickpea curry, and have not yet cooked it.

Going to have to make them both now.

I fry onions ginger and garlic with Pataks curry paste. Then add two tins of tomatoes, two tins of chickpeas and simmer for 25 mins or so.Add a big bag of spinach and simmer for a further 15. Great with a bif dollop of Greek yoghurt.Kids love it too.

Ah well, now you've got a dilemma because here's Tommy's as well then...

1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves,crushed
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato puree
2 x 400g can chickpeas
450ml vegetable stock

Fry onion in oil until soft. Add garlic and spices and cook for 4-5 mins over medium heat.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil, then cover and simmer for 1hr

It was Tommy's that I had.
But I will try them all
