Veggie chilli - which MNer gave me a recipe that had bulgar wheat in it?

It was back in March. I have a feeling it was an 'international' MNer......

ANother MNer gave me another veggie chilli recipe

And I combined the two.
But it was in chat, so it has gone.

ANyone???

It wasn't me, but I have one which uses bulgar wheat.
Veggies are (carrots, celery, peppers, courgettes, onions, tomatoes) and then add bulgar wheat, which thickens it up - and serve with rice or crusty bread (and sour cream). Sorry the full recipe is at home, and I am still at work

I cook alot with bulghar wheat. Here is a great recipe for kofta balls.
