Marmite, live yogurt and kidney beans

Does anyone have any opinions or facts on when you can introduce these for a baby?

I've always given ds live yogurt anyway but sometimes wondered about it. Kidney beans I felt were perhaps a bit fierce before 1 year. Marmite 1 year as well.

No urgency but just wondered...

Mine had marmite on toast as a finger food from about 7/8 months iirc. I thought it was a better alternative to other spreads.

I wanted to get them started on Marmite pretty early (7-8m) I now it's a bit too salty but they don't have much of it at one time and I really wanted them to like it! DS2 now has i for breakfast on toast most mornings. He also eats kidney beans in a baby chilli I've invented for him. They go down OK - come out the other end pretty much the same though! (he's 13m)
Can't help with live yogurt as mine only eat the crappy fromage frais stuff
