Always buy loads of these in spain, and the pumpkin seeds too .. can never find them in the uk... have to be roasted, salted, in the shells..

any ideas where they can be purchased, preferably on-line?

thank you x

Have you tried the Lakeland ones? Very yummy but punishingly cruel to the waistline.

i like them in the shells, but those also sound very lovely !

They're in a plastic tub but no honey though (honey? bleurgh!)

They've got a Japanese kind of soy sauce on them. Or maybe it's just regular soy sauce... can't remember now. But they are savoury and fab.

Munchy seeds. That's the name. They come in pumpkin (not so nice) and sunflower/sesame.
