What to do with brisket?

The brisket was going cheap today. Can I chop it up and use for stews etc.
We dont eat a lot of cow meat at home but it seemed too good to pass up.

slow cooking would be best

Yes you could braise it really slowly or chop it up to use as seperate meals

do it as a casserole
cook it really slowly - try for more recipe ideas
