Can anyone recommend a cookbook with low fat recipes but with stuff suitable for entertaining.
I have just been imformed by gp that my cholestral is raised and need to modify my diet hopefully to lower it.
I really love cooking and every Friday I cook a lovely dinner for my dh its very romantic candlelight etc etc good food .
I really need ideas for low fat but gourmet starters and desserts.
