What is recommended in Wagamamas?

Going next week and was wondering what the favourite dishes are on the menu.

I like the sound of chicken chilli men, is it really spicy?

Sorry cant remember the name but number 76 is excellent really tasty but not at all spicy, just below it on the menu in the rice section is a dish with prawns it is spicy (not overly) it is heavenly.

I love the salad with satsuma, chicken and sesame seeds and lots of other things. And I never order salad in restaurants normally.
