Quick Help! Marinade for pork required (to go with roasted veggies)

Was going to make a Jamie Oliver one with lemon rosemary and garlic, but just discovered to my horror that we have NO garlic. Can anyone offer me any alternatives - need to do it quickly as will be for dinner this evening

Orange juice and rosemary would work well with lots of black pepper
