mmm that sounds delicious!!!

You could always try it with a creamy ot tomato based pasta dish or cauliflower cheese.

Cut a deep slash down the side and put a spoonful of pesto and some mozzarella inside, then wrap in bacon. This should keep it moist.

You could also cook them to start with in greaseproof paper parcels, just taking them out of the parcels for the last 5 minutes or so for the bacon to crisp up.

My niece cooked us a yummy meal (she's 12) a couple of weeks ago.

It was chicken fillets, with slits cut in. Then in two she put soft cheese (Philly) and on the other two put green pesto, then wrapped them in parma ham, put in a dish, squeezed a lemon over them and put lemon quarters in the dish, then bunged in some fresh basil and oven baked. I imagine this'd work with turkey too. We had fresh veg and baby potatoes with it and crusty bread to mop up the juice from the pan. Yummy!!!!

Oooh that does sound nice, especially the bread.

Was lovely! The lemon sections had caramelised too and were really sweet.
