Have bought some Hoki for mine and 6 month old dd's (blw) dinner tomorrow so am looking for some simple ideas to make it more interesting.

I was wondering about some sort of topping which I could put on my part only but haven't got a clue really as I haven't eaten fish since getting pregnant (it didn't agree with me ).

we've just had some scallops with mangoe salsa, might be good with your fish.

1 mangoe, diced.
2 slices of red onion minced
1/4 cup mint chopped (i didn't put this in as didn't have any)
1 red chilli minced
2 tbsp lime juice

just mix together, let it sit a few hrs (if you've got time)

of course mango doesn't have an e... (or does it, still doesn't look right, no def it doesn't )
