Have bought some Hoki for mine and 6 month old dd's (blw) dinner tomorrow so am looking for some simple ideas to make it more interesting.

I was wondering about some sort of topping which I could put on my part only but haven't got a clue really as I haven't eaten fish since getting pregnant (it didn't agree with me ).

I use this like any other white fish - steamed fillets in foil, fish pie, fish cakes...

Or my favourite but maybe a bit fancy for your baby:
grate carrot, thinly slice leek, cook them slowly in a little butter with a lid on for a long time until soft then season. Spread the veg in oven dish reserving a couple of big spoonfuls. Then spread a few spoonfuls of creme fraiche on top of the veg, lay fish fillets on top of the creme fraiche, then top with remaining veg. Bake for 20 mins at Mark 6.
