Lasagne in advance

Am planning on making lasagne in advance.

Anyone any experience of making it in the morning put it in the fridge then cooking it in the evening? Does this work?

No problem at all.

You can also freeze uncooked lasagne (provided you made your ragù from previously unfrozen mincemeat).

Yes, it's fine. It might need a bit longer in the oven though if it's at fridge temperature.

Thanks. It's going to be a veggie lasagne so I'll make double and try freezing one before cooking it.
