My dh was given some of this and I just wonderd if it goes in the fridge and is drunk like normal wine with a meal or is it some kind of dessert wine? [thick emoticon needed]

It is a dry white wine, it needs to go in the fridge. You eat it with food, you are confusing it with Muscat.
