what shall i do with falafel???

home made kebabs? what do you put in them?

eat them. mmmmmmmmmmmm. i just scoff them.

put them in a pitta with salad, humous and a wee bit of chilli sauce.

what could i do with it as a side, i was planning on doing it for dinner...

TCP salad
diced tomato, cucumber and peppers
olive oil
salt and pepper
absolutely great with falafel
you could add some diced onion too

I made it once and served with pitta and a really yummy red onion/sugar reduction which went really well. Goes well with mint too so a natural yoghurt & mint dip or tabouleh which has got lots of mint in it.

like beetroot said - use tonnes of salad if you're making a meal out of it - grated carrot, shredded cabbage. if you want more bulk than just the pitta you could do potato wedges and dip them in the hummos too. broad bean salad is a fanastic middle-eastern side dish. I'll see if I can find you a recipe

I often have them with ratatouille and cous-cous when it's colder, salad and pittas with houmous or fattoush when it's warm.
