neurotic chicken question..........................yawn

Sorry, bet something like this has been asked a thousand times.
Bought chicken breasts a couple of weeks ago, put them in the freezer a day before they expired.
Then on Wednesday I defrosted some and made a stew for dds, the remainder of which is in the fridge. Can I give them the same stew today, Friday?

It should be fine, but cook it really, really well.

it's been cooked, make sure you re heat it well.

Personally I wouldn't, but then I'm particularly neurotic about chicken!

How did you defrost them? Did you cool rapidly after cooking and then refrigerate?
