ok, I've got a glut of white radish from my veg box. Anyone know what I can do with it?

White Radish is lovely with salad. I like it chilled, very thinly sliced and slightly salted. I'd have it as a side dish with a ham or quiche or baked potato sort of salad-y meal.

You can usually find recipes for seasonal vegetables on the website of your box-provider too I think?

They can be used in a lamb casserole or soup, to counter the richness of the lamb.
