Coconut biscuits

Anyone got a recipe for coconut biscuits?? Have loads of desicated coconut in thr cupboard and want to use it up.

6oz plain flour
2oz caster sugar
4oz butter
2oz coconut

Put flour sugar butter in bowl and rub together. Add coconut then squeeze mixture together to make a ball of dough. take small lumps off dough and roll into round ball. Put ball on baking tray then squash down with fork. Bake for 15-20 mins, gas 3/170 c/325 f.

not yet, made so much yesterday that I thought I had better give my kitchen a good clean before dh got home from work. Have saved the recipe and am gonna give it ago tomorrow.
