What can I do with Beetroot juice?

Bought some beetroot juice the other day to see if the dc would drink it. They won't and I tried some this morning and I've got to say it 'aint very nice imo.

So, what can I do with a bottle of beetroot concentrate - any idea?

use it as food colouring and make some garish cakes. Or pour it down the sink and then clean the sink well afterwards
