advice on freezing meat

Can you freeze cooked meat that was previously frozen when raw?

In which case yes, you have changed then constitution of the meat.

I agree - if you froze it when raw and then defrosted and cooked it then, yes, you can now re-freeze it.

yes thats it (sorry I did not explain very well).

Bought fresh from butcher and then frozen. Have now cooked it tonight and want to save some for dd to eat over next few weeks and it was very yummy steak btw .

I like Bovril too just not as much as Marmite and dh is vegetarian so we only have Marmite in the house.
