Quick, help! How much sponge mixture . . .

. . . for an 11 inch (28cm) square tin? 10egg mixture? 12? Got top make it this morning and I'm panicing now!!

Don't know exactly but my book says for 3 7x11" tins it would have to be a 9 egg mixure so 10 or 12 sounds a bit much.

Thnaks Tommy. I think I'll make a 10 egg mixture and see if I need to leave some out when it goes in the tin! I want it to be quite thick.
