I've had a bottle of it in my cupboard for about 2 years but cant seem to find the date on it. Its been opened, will it be ok to use, I figured vinegar dosent but does anyone know?

also does anyone has a simple dressing for a salad they can share. I have chicken and I was going to do a salad but I need something to jazz it up, I dont want to go shopping for too many ingredients, just store cupboard ingredients will do and the few odds and ends from Tesco

thanks muchly

Vinegar should be okay I think

Umm vinegar honey, oil, mustard is good with chicken.

Or chilli flakes (not powder!) or crushed chillis, oil, bit of tomato puree, chopped basil if you have it.

I got rid of some recently that had gone a bit cloudy and smelt funny. no idea how long it had been hanging around but could have been as long as 12 years .
