this was a fab series that was recently on bbc. loads of other good and easy recipes on there too.

ps i used lemon juice when i made it, and didn't let it drain for 20 mins, just wrung it out well in one of DS's old muslin squares (washed of course ) and put it under the saucepan of water. twas bloody lovely.
