Thats fine, there will be less chunks, but hey, you will be pissed so who cares You can add raisins or something like that if you want to make up the weight.

If not, just do it with what you have.

That should have read a non stick one and 'they will appear under done' and I have not even started on the wine yet

I used the very same chocolate to make Nigel Slater's chocolate brownies this week - they were gorgeous, you need more than one bar though.
