If you bought fresh mince today and cooked a shepherd's pie, how long would it keep in the fridge?

I usually think around 48hrs but longer might be fine?

Cook the meat mixture and keep it for a cuple of days and when you need it make the mash. If you don't use the meat mix in 48 hours bring it up to the boil again for a good 10 minutes and then you can chill it again and it should last for a further day or so.
