Can I cook potato wedges in a microwave?

Yes, but not in the microwave. Am having steak as dh is out.

The hob is working but not the oven.

Okay. This is from a recipe for salmon, broccoli and potato bake assumin ght epotatoes are going under the grill for another 5 mins so add on some time.

Put the potato wedges into a shallow microwave-proof baking dish, then cook on high for 10 minutes until almost tender all the way through (turn the wedges halfway through to ensure even cooking).
You would then add broccoli and cook for 3 more mins so add that too. HTH. Enjoy.
