they don't need as long as baked potatoes
i microwave first for about 6 - 8 mins
and then cover in olive oil and a bit of salt and wrap in foil
bake on 175/180 for around 30/40 mins and then check on them

Oh, foil? Microwave?

Ooops. I just bunged them, in and was wondering when they will be ready. Oh dear!

Don;t worry, they will be ready in about 45 mins. I never do anything with them, just bung them in.

If a little of the sugary juice inside has started to leak out that's usually a sign they are ready. Jyust stick a knife in & see.

I luuurrrve roasted sweet potatoes

yum

I am doing them with chicken thighs, cabbage and carrots and broccoli

I just bung them in for about three quarters of an hour, slightly less if you have a fan oven or they aren't that big.
