I'm sure there are others around, but to be honest postage costs can be high.
Whereabouts are you? The best thing would be to search in neighbouring counties for a mill that you could visit every month or so to pick up supplies yourself. I know several in nearby counties to me, they don't do online sales but sell in their own shops.
