Planning on a doing a prawn curry or some kind of curry!!!

I have coconut milk in cupboard too - never used it ever

any tips/recipes for a lovely curry sauce would be most grateful

Patak sauces are nice and I think one mentions adding coconut milk towards the end of cooking. DH makes our curries and cooks them for a good 40-50 minutes so that the sauce is really thick.

Think there is a Patak's website with recipes omm.
