yes I did the other day, they're fine. Do you mean fairy cakes when you say cupcakes? If so I made fairy cakes on Friday in muffin cases. They were gone within 5 minutes of being iced so the packaging became pretty much irrelevant

On the supject of decorating - which is best butter icigng or water based icing?

Well I like icing sugar with water adn red food colouring to make it pink becauae I have a girl who loves pink. We then put pink sugar flowers on them or hundreds and thousands.

butter icing tastes better, but water based lasts longer.. better for picnics and things... i prefer butter though as i can at least pretend i'm not just giving ds pure sugar.. it saves on having to drag him down from the celing when on a sugar high
