What a nightmare - decided to make cakes.
Got all prepared then realised I haven't enough marge - "no problem" I thought - "I'll make muffins".
Then dicovered I was one paper case short! - never mind I'll use a ramekin dish.
Just about to put them in the oven - lick spoon - yuk! Forgotton sugar! Aaaaaaaaargh!
Put all mixture back in bowl threw away all paper cases - added sugar, have put in one large cake tin.
Will have to wait and see how giant muffin turns out.
