Smoking chicken in a weber smoker question!!

Does anyone absolutely know for sure whether it takes longer to smoke 4 chickens than 1 and if so by what sort of scale?? I am assuming it does, because an oven full of chooks takes longer than one but DH thinks it wouldn't take any longer and it will matter rather a lot if the chooks aren't cooked in time!!!

I love Weber chicken but it always takes longer than you think, its temperamental eg the fire goes out. It's always 2 hours with 'fire faffing' for 1 large chicken, DH says 1hr 30mins. It can't overcook because it stays moist.
But 4 birds, will they fit? We borrow another Weber and do 2 birds each.
Or you could try the beer can method

and please let me know how you get on.
