I'm probably being really dumb but I can't find a recipe for bog standard chocolate cornflake/rice krispie cakes anywhere. Thought they'd be good (and nice and easy ) for DS's 2nd birthday party on Sunday. Can anybody help?

Use Marsbars - they taste soooo much better.

Just melt about 8 Mars Bars in a bowl over boiling water (takes ages for the nougart bit to melt)

The mix in loads or rice krispies (about 1/2 a box)

Put in little cake wrapper and refrigerate

YUMMMYYYYY!!!!!!!

Ohhh, eating the mix while it's warm is also looooveellllyyyyyyyy

Either Cocoa, butter & caster sugar (about 2oz of each) melted with cornflkes or Rice krispies stirred in. Place in cake cases

Or i tin of condesned milk, cocoa (2 tablespoons) mix then crumble in cornflakes. Use an eggcup (metal if possible) to shape and tap out on to a tray

Or Melt chocolate add a knob of butter stir in CF or RK and place in cake cases

Good luck
