How much milk does a 12 month old need?

Dd has 8oz formula in the morning, 5oz to drink and 3oz for cereal, 4oz in the afternoon and 8oz before bed. She also has main course and pud at lunchtime and for tea, and some rice cakes or fruit in the afternoon with her 'milk'. Is that enough? She doesn't have any other dairy as she is lactose intolerant. Also, is that enough liquid? I offer her diluted juice with lunch and tea, and water in between, but more seems to go down her front than down her throat...

Is 22 oz altogether, which is over a pint. Plenty of milk.

12oz (around 350mls) is the minimum for children over the age of 1 so your lo has plenty. Anywhere from 12-20 oz (inclusive of milk in cereal, in foods, dairy products, etc) is considered ok.
