Freezing Question.

I bought some fresh fish from M&s, and froze it. Have just made fish cakes, and so defrosted the fish and boiled it. Can I now refreeze the fish cakes ready for cooking? or is that not good?

If you have cooked the fish, then ok to refreeze IMO
