QUICK - leftover chicken advice...

I roasted a chicken on Sunday. Some of it still hanging around in the fridge. Would you chuck it in tonight's risotto???

If it has been in the fridge since sunday it should be fine.

But if you are worried, don't do it...

I'd eat it (37 weeks also)
