poshish bbq recipes please

Having a bbq on saturday evening (only 4 of us) and want to do something other than sausages/burgers etc... and our usual fail safe has been done too many times...

So, any ideas would be gratefully received.

Can I add, plain old sausages half done, then rolled firstly in Honey and then sesame seeds then put back on. They are yum and are a bit exotic with the sesame on.

big mush are good too with slab of blue cheese melted on top (plus squirt of lemon as it's quite rich)

these mushroom recipes are good - PIL are veges and sometimes we run out of ideas.

Plus I love mushrooms.

chop up a corn on cob into 3 or 4 pieces and barbq too - smother with butter/chilli relish on side

I love bbq'd corn.

Ok mostly I love food full stop

Am going on holiday on Sat and can't wait.

BBQs basically every night for 2 weeks.

Is going to be fab.
