ingredients

400g plain chocolate(or 220g plain & 200g milk), broken into pieces
110g(4 oz) butter or marg(preferably unsalted)
110g(4 oz) digestive biscuits, crumbled up
110g(4 oz) raisins (optional)
200 g mini marshmallows or cut up big ones
50g(2 oz) white chocolate, melted (optional)

line a 25cm x 20 cm shallow baking tray with clingfilm.

melt the plain and milk chcolate and butter on a gentle heat, stirring continuously, until melted.

remove from the heat, add marshmallows, raisins(if using) and broken biscuits.

stir well and transfer to the baking tray.

chill for one hour until firm.

drizzle the white chocolate across the top and chill for a further 10 minutes.

cut into bars (14)

this is the recipe i have, personally i don't use raisins, i use whatever marg i've got at the time and i don't usually bother drizzling the white chocolate over the top, i just chuck it in with the rest of the ingredients, doesn't take as long to be ready then
