i have a kitchenaid mixy thing, y'know the one with the bowl. and an Aga.

so, how do i make bread then?

Jamie Oliver's basic brea recipe here, I usually use this one and put in bits and pieces depending on taste and mood, my fav at the moment is poppy seeds.

that recipe appears to be all done by hand. is there notsome easier way by chuckingthings at right times into the mixy thing?

Sorry should have said I always make that recipe in the Kitchen Aid (I do have one of those, just not the Aga to go with it).
