My 20 month old has been eating wholemeal bread toast/sandwiches since age 6 months and would now like to vary this and would like to know what types of bread I can give him i.e wholegrain etc. He does have pitta/muffin/raisin bread.

thanks

um, any type of bread you like
pitta, ciabatta, bagels, tortillas, naan, chapati, muffins, bloomer, baguette, whatever

(though there have been caveats about stuff that's too fiber-y as it can fill them up without getting many calories into them)

what about wholegrain bread or wheatgerm basically bread with bits in?

sure, why on earth not?
(am really a bit baffled here)
