Do I need to recook defrosted ready cooked food ...

... I put in the freezer for my 11 month old, or is it safe just to warm it up? It has been defrosting in the fridge overnight. It's chicken and veg.

Just warm it up (making sure it's been fully defrosted first)

WARM IT SO IT IS PIPING HOT, AND ALLOW TO COOL TO REQUIRED TEMP.
