lamb chop/steak thingy, HELP how do I cook it for DD

Our grill is a bit crap, so I'm hoping someone will say it's ok to dry fry. How long for?? Aaahhhh! Never cooked lamb in my life

I would bung it in the roasting tin, but not for to long. The fat of the chops means it will self baste. My DD loves lamb, I hope you have mint sauce, if I forget it you would think I had tried to poison her
