Beaten egg, flour and breadcrumbs.

Chop them into pieces. Dip them in the flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.

Fry.

seasoned flour

same as the Dillo said. But if I am doing wraps, I grill the chicken breasts whole and then slice them up

RubySlippers · 20/07/2007 14:32

yes - bit of paprika, salt and pepper in the flour is good

Tortington · 20/07/2007 14:42

iota - so you do the dip - then grill - not fry?

custarda · 20/07/2007 14:44

I fry

if you grill, doesn't all teh flour etc just fall into the grill pan?

Tortington · 20/07/2007 14:46

sorry Custy - had to go and get the kids. I meant that I just grill them plain, not doing the egg and breadcrumb thing, but maybe marinating in olive oil and lemon, or coating in cajun spices.
But all ways are good - you choose
