Iklboo · 20/07/2007 13:51

Sone kind of tuna fishcake? Boil some tatoes, mash, add tune, maybe sweetcorn, season, form into fishcakes, pat in flour & shallow fry?

my friend at uni used to do something with tinned tuna in a pastry case (you know the frozen puff pastry thing) that was yum

is it canned or fresh?

TheArmadillo · 20/07/2007 13:53

tuna meatballs in tomato sauce (use the tuna instead of mince).

TheGoddessBlossom · 20/07/2007 13:53

I bet if you mixed it with a tin of condensed cream of mushroom soup and fried some onions and mushrooms up and then popped it in a pastry case it would probably be edible

wildwoman · 20/07/2007 13:55

what about tuna pasties? mix some tuna, tomatoes and sweetcorn and pre roll and cut some pastry circles then you can assembles and cook them later.

HedTwigg · 20/07/2007 13:55

lots here ... including tuna burgers which sound rather nice actually

sounds vile.

lilolilmanchester · 20/07/2007 18:47

Our families fave tuna snack (rather than meal) is tuna melts (toast, topped with tuna mayo and cheese, then grilled). Optionally add sweetcorn/tomato. Gorgeous.

TheGoddessBlossom · 20/07/2007 19:37

they were scrum. Bit dry for the 1 year old but a bit of tommy sauce sorted that out.
