wholemeal pizza dough

any easy tried and tested recipes, have experimented with a few but they are not spectactular and would love to convince the family that wholemeal is the way...

i use half wholemeal, half semolina based on this recipe - ignore the fluor improver stuff and i don't put much oil in either here makes very chewy thin base which might not be for everybody!

otherwise just use half white, half wholemeal and ease them into it.

thanks for that, unfortunately chewy was the issue with the last one I experimented with, they then ate all the toppings off and refused to finish the base..hoping for something that will resemble thin crust while being wholemeal and hopefully avoiding yeast as I just can't be faffed with the whole prooving malarky
