Anyone got good ideas for things to keep in the freezer for cooking

At the moment, I keep:
a jar of white wine and a jar of red wine, made up of unfinished bottles.
a jar of bay leaves
some root ginger for grating
Jars of stock
some over ripe bananas
always a carton of milk

lardons to chuck on pasta
bacon
bread
chicken fillets of some description
chicken drumsticks
mince

I have a huge freezer so I have LOTS in there
