Has anyone got a Mushroom Risotto recipe?

Quite fancy doing this for lunch.

Fry a mixture of chopped/torn mushrooms, with some garlic onion and thyme.

Finely chop an onion. Fry gently. Stick a pint and half pot of chicken stock on to simmer. Add a couple of cups of risotto rice to onion - turn heat up. Chuck in glass of wine (optional).

Add ladelful of stock and stir until absorbed.

Chuck in fried mushrooms.

Add ladels of stock until all absorbed.

Chuck in a nob of butter, and a handful of grated parmesan before serving.
