Give me your best three bean salad recipes please

really simple, mix the beans with thinly sliced radishes, salt, tbsp olive oil, and a dash of tabasco for a peppery bean salad.

Kidney beans, flageolet beans and sweetcorn.

thinly sliced or diced onion

dressing - olive oil, white wine vinegar, garlic and wsholegrain mustard, black pepper and salt

I sometimes do it with lardons/cubes of smoked bacon, if you don't need it to be veggie.

Sometimes add chopped sundried tomatoes, or even a finely chopped chilli

Thanks for those ideas. Sounds like just about anything goes. Will have a bash - like the sound of sundried toms.

green lentils boiled 20 mn and drained and cooled. (2 cups)

Add:
-chopped spring onion
-chopped parsley

• red pepper, cubed
• avocado, cubed
• cherry tomatoes, halved

dressing:
-olive oil

• lemon juice -cumin powder
• salr and pepper

I have two but I just use 1 type of bean (either butter or cannellini normally):

Beans, wilted spinach, cherry toms, red onion, parsley and feta chees, with some good olive oil.
Beans, red onion, chorizo, parsley, cherry toms with a sherry vinegar vinegrette.
